If we have contacted you it may be because we have found that your plan has a substandard Performance Score and or Red Flags associated with your most recently 5500 filing that your current advisor may have overlooked.  If your current advisor has not given proper attention to the things we found, it may be prudent to get an opinion from an independent third party.

If your plan is audited by the DOL, having a review in your file performed by an independent third party shows you are doing your due diligence to assess excessive fees, proper investment choices and several other compliance issues that may otherwise cause personal financial liability to the plan sponsors and fiduciaries.

We may uncover options and benefits available to you that your current advisor has not brought to your attention or may themselves be unaware of.
